Culinary | HRM Student


        Being an HRM Student, we need to take classes such as Culinary and International Cuisine. I must say that I’m not a good cook. I’d rather be a Patissier or a Pastry Chef than a Chef in the hot kitchen. But I do love garnishing all of the foods we’ve prepared just like in this photo. I’m the one who made this. Even though the main rule in the food industry is that you should always use edible portions for garnishing, I thought of using the lemon peel for my plating presentation. Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Strips it is!
